For our Whole/ Half and Quarter cuts, I recommend the 3-M Cut's listed below, however If you choose to have custom cuts, I will walk you through the entire process, asking you simple questions (how thick do you want your steaks, how many steaks per package, what size of roast do you want, what fat content do you want in your ground beef?)

Ribeye, KC (NY) Strips, Sirloin & Chuck-Eye Steaks are 1-1/4″ thick. Tenderloin Steaks are cut to weight, not thickness.
All cuts other than ground beef are vacuum-sealed. Ground beef is an estimated 85/15 and comes in plastic meat socks.

The smallest freezer that would accommodate your meat is a 14 cu. ft. freezer. For sorting and searching ease, the recommended size is around a 21 cu. ft. freezer.

When you purchase a quarter of beef from us you are purchasing an equal share of one half. Our processor requires that an entire half be cut the same, therefore you will not have the option of how it gets cut. It will come with our 3-M Cuts. Please see below for a list of our 3-M Cuts.

Quarter beefs require at least 3.5 cubic feet of freezer space.
Quarter Beef
Deposit Option: $600.00
When you place an order with us, we require a deposit. The balance will be due to us, at or before the time of delivery or pick up.
A Deposit holds your place in line for a half or whole cow and is deducted from your final total.
This deposit is entirely refundable if anything changes before you receive your order.
Average turnaround times are between 3-4 weeks, but you can always place a deposit for a specific date down the road. The waitlist can get longer at our busy times of the year.
Current Pricing:
Half Cow - $5.50/ lb hanging weight
(An average sized half cow at 400 lbs would be $2200 total, minus your deposit of $1,100)
Whole Cow - $5.50/lb hanging weight
(An average sized whole cow at 800 lbs would be $4,400 total, minus your deposit of $1,900)
